Sky Defence Development does not sell a drone. It sells a network of small, replicable micro-factories spread across and around the theatre, turning out commodity airframes cheaply, continuously, and resiliently. The airframe is the entry wedge. The micro-factory is the product.
Industrial deterrence
Modern war is decided by mass and iteration speed, not by sophistication. The winner produces and replenishes at scale, continuously, while surviving disruption. The binding constraint is no longer the drone, it is production.
Production-first capability
Others optimise aircraft. SDD optimises industrial replication. The value is the manufacturing-first co-design and the production method, not the aircraft, and the advantage compounds with every unit produced.
Distributed manufacturing architecture
A centralised factory is a single target. Distributed production loses almost nothing to the same strike.
- Centralised plant, output after one hit, about 0%, output collapses.
- Distributed micro-factories, output after two hits, about 90% or more, output holds. Lose one node, lose one of N.
- Scale by replication, not by enlargement. Ten times the units gives ten times the output, and no single strike removes more than one node.
Three pillars of industrial relevance
- Lower system cost, about 6x. A five-year target of EUR 5k against roughly EUR 32k for the fielded Western equivalent.

SDD's capability is the discipline of designing airframes to be manufactured at scale: conventional, attritable, and built for assembly from the first line of the design. The reference platform is a Group 2/3 attritable airframe with a standardised modular payload bay, designed from the outset for distributed production.
